This is to give you notice that the Referring Company has a business relationship with the following company referred to herein as “Settlement Service Provider”:

SUN AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, an Arizona corporation

One or more of the shareholders of the Referring Company are also shareholders, collectively owning all or some of the outstanding stock of the Settlement Service Provider. Because of these relationships, this referral may provide the Referring Company or its shareholders a financial or other benefit.

Set forth below is the estimated charge or range of charges for the settlement services listed. You are not required to use the Settlement Service Provider as a condition for the purchase of the subject property. There are frequently other settlement service providers available with similar services. You are free to shop around to determine that you are receiving the best services and the best rate for these services.
